Can the STageR Plugin ingest documents without security information?
(such as
ACLsACLS)
?Yes, just set the claimsIssuer field in the configuration to 'public'. Otherwise, you'll need the Security Pre-trimmer in order to view any non-public documents in the search results.
What kind of certificate files does the plugin support?
The plugin needs .p12 files to work. Nothing else is supported at this moment.

My certificate is OK but the plugin is not able to access the secured STageR. Why?
Make sure the certificate user is registered in the STageR. For more information, go here.
Can the STageR Plugin run against a load balanced STageR?
Yes, but make sure all of the instances of the STageR have the plugin's Content Processing module file (SharePointBCSMapping.js) in their processing_modules directory. The file can be located in the \deploy\resources directory.
