A version of S3 required

The Aspire S3 connector was created and tested using the Amazon S3 "Simple Storage Service".

Before installing the Aspire S3 Connector, make sure that:

  • You have your Access Key ID for your Amazon AWS S3 account
  • You have your Secret Access Key for your Amazon AWS S3 account

You will need these credentials later, as part of installing the S3 Connector.

Windows or Linux

The Aspire S3 connector can run on either Windows or Linux, if installed and run locally. It can also be installed and run from the Amazon Cloud.
