  1. Go to the <aspire-distribution>/config/ folder.
  2. Open the settings.xml file.
  3. Search for the ”<entitlementsServer>” tag,
  4. Look for “http://entitlements.searchtechnologies.com” and change it to “https://entitlements.searchtechnologies.com”
