Currently PyQPL is not available in any repository, but a wheel file will be available for download and installation (location pending), in the meanwhile the PyQPL will be available with the GAIA API.
Once you have the library the installation is as simple as
pip install pyqpl-VERSION-py3-none-any.whl
Or if the library is not in the same folder as the console
pip install path_to_folder/pyqpl-VERSION-py3-none-any.whl`
Download Python
Download and install Python, currently version 3.11.2
If using Search API: Windows currently has issues with xmlsec library, And it only supports Python 3.9.x
Disable the path length limit to prevent issues in windows environment
