The Aspire HDFS Binary Writer was created and tested using version 5.10.1 of Cloudera
The HDFS Archive (HAR) Compactor can run against unsecured HDFS file systems, or those secured using Kerberos. If using Kerberos, you'll need to know the user principal and has a keytab for that user
The HDFS Binary Writer runs on either Windows or Linux.
