he following prerequisites must be met in order to use the Publish to Google Cloud Search publisher.



Before Using the GCS Publisher

Complete the following steps in order to be able to publish to GCS:

  1. Set up a subscription with Google for GCS: either the GCS Standalone or G-Suite Enterprise edition
  2. Enable access to the GCS API
  3. Generate a credentials file https://developers.google.com/cloud-search/docs/guides/project-setup?authuser=1
  4. Establish a mechanism to sync the ingested content repositories, user, and groups to Google Cloud Identity – e.g. Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS)
