Versions required
The Aspire SharePoint 2013 CEWS Listener connector was created and tested using SharePoint 2013 version 15.0.4420.1017.
Before configuring the CEWS feature in SharePoint, make sure that:
- SharePoint 2013 is up and running
- SharePoint Management Shell (SharePoint add in for PowerShell) is installed (latest version should do)
User Account Requirements
In order to configure the CEWS feature in SharePoint 2013 a user account with the following access rights must be used:
- Machine administrator
- SharePoint farm administrator
- Service Application administrator
