The Service Now connector retries retrieves several types of documents, listed bellow below are the inclusions and exclusions of these documents.

Limitations 

Due to API limitations, Service Now connector has the following limitations:

• Only public Knowledge Articles are retrieved by the connector.
  • Due time constraints the security support was postponed for a later release.

• Non public knowledge articles retrieval.
