Versions of components required

The STageR BDC Plug-In was created and tested using the following versions:

  • STageR: 1.0.0
  • MongoDB: 3.2
  • SharePoint 2013: 15.0.4420.1017

Before installing the STageR BDC Plug-In, make sure that:

  • STageR is up and running (For STageR setup go here)
  • SharePoint 2013 Management Shell is installed, up and running.  The latest version for SharePoint 2013 should work.
  • The following SharePoint services must be up and running:
    • SharePoint Administration
    • SharePoint Timer Service

User account requirements

Execution of the PowerShell installation scripts requires both machine and SharePoint farm administrator rights.
