Required Components and Versions

The STageR BDC Plugin was created and has been tested using the following versions:

On this page:

  • STageR: 1.0.0
  • MongoDB: 3.2
  • SharePoint 2013: 15.0.4420.1017


Before installing the STageR BDC Plugin, make sure that:

  • STageR is up and running. For STageR setup, go to the STageR (NodeJS) Staging Repository.
  • SharePoint 2013 Management Shell is installed, up and running. The most recent version for SharePoint 2013 should work.
  • The following SharePoint services must be up and running:
    • SharePoint Administration
    • SharePoint Timer Service

User Account Requirements

Execution of the PowerShell installation scripts requires a user with the following rights:

  • Machine administrator
  • SharePoint farm administrator
  • Service Application administrator
