Features
The RightNow connector crawls content from a Oracle RightNow CX platform, through a set of SOAP-based services.
Note that the RightNow connector is not part of Aspire CWS bundle, but may be purchased separately.
Some of the features of the RightNow connector include:
- Performs incremental crawling (so that only new/updated documents are indexed).
- Is search engine independent.
