Requirements

The Aspire Kafka publisher was created and tested using Aspire 5.0.2.

Before installing the Aspire Kafka publisher, make sure that:

  • Apache Kafka and Zookeper 2.0 are up and running. For more infomation on how to download and configure Apache Kafka, please refer to Apache Kafka.
  • Aspire 5.0.2 is up and running.

Windows or Linux

The Kafka publisher runs on either Windows or Linux.
